The Neighborhood

Lindsay Heights is experiencing a welcome rebirth. In little more than a decade, local residents, cooperating with public agencies, businesses, and nonprofit organizations, have created a sustainable, economically stable community. The neighborhood prides itself as a leader in urban revitalization. Century-old homes have been restored, new homes and apartments have been built, and vegetable gardens and fruit orchards have been planted,  providing social and educational programs for local youths and adults. These cooperative efforts have resulted in a close-knit neighborhood of of caring, proud residents.
